From the Aug 13, 2024 e-EditionCriminal Trespass, Possession of Schedule VI — On July 21, 2024, officers were patrolling the Hill Court Apartments due to high crime being reported lately and at the manager’s request. Officers approached apartment 531 and observed Charles Hill, 31, of Huntingdon, sitting in front of the complex. Hill had a strong odor of marijuana coming from his person. Officers had knowledge that Hill was banned from the apt. complex from the manager. Officers have a copy of the trespass notice that was issued on July 26, 2019. Hill was in possession of a large plastic bag containing 118 grams of marijuana located in the waistband of his pants and a digital scale in his front right pocket. Hill was placed under arrest and transported to the Carroll County Jail.
