Cole are on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment is at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Cole, 80 years old, died Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. She was a supervisor for Carhartt, MFG, and a member of Long Heights Baptist Church. She was born on January 16, 1946, in Milan to Johnny Vern and Geraldine Price Rimmer.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Cole, two sons, Stephen (Stacey) Cole and Stuart (Erika) Cole; two sisters, Nellie (Malcolm) Horton and Bettie Horton; one brother, Johnny (Dixie) Rimmer, all of McKenzie; and five grandchildren, Laura (Blair) Carter, Mallory Cole, Julianna Cole, Andrew Cole and Sophie Cole.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Dorothy Franklin and Mary Savage, and two brothers, Jerry Rimmer and Terry Rimmer.
