Kimberly Parham

With profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived, we announce the passing of Kimberly Parham on May 10, 2025, at the age of 64. Kimberly was a woman full of life, love, and humor—someone who could light up a room with her smile and make even strangers feel like lifelong friends.

Kimberly had a gift for making people feel seen and loved. She gave generously of herself, never hesitating to share her time, her heart, or her table. To be invited into Kimberly’s kitchen was to be welcomed into her soul. Food, for her, was more than nourishment; it was how she built community, celebrated life, and showed care.

She met life with open arms and a laugh that could warm the coldest day. Her humor was quick and honest, a blend of sass and heart that left those around her smiling long after the conversation ended. Kimberly gave of herself freely and fully, always the first to help, the last to leave, and the one who made you feel like everything would be okay.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, Carl M. Parham, Sr., her older brother, Carl M. Parham, Jr., and her mother, Reba Dell Winchester-Parham. She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Peters (Tyler Peters), who was the joy and pride of her life. She is also survived by her younger sisters Rhonda D. Tucker and Laura Parham, her younger brother, Matthew Parham, her nieces Jennifer Parham and Alisha Tucker, nephews Roger Frost (Kristy Frost), Carl Michael Parham, Jimmy Parham, Lyle Tucker, Mike Tucker (Meagan Tucker), Alex Parham, great nieces Logan Warren, Amealia Tucker, Lyla Tucker, and great nephews Lucas Warren, Levi Courtney, and her grand puppies, Scout and Winnie Peters. 

Though Kimberly’s voice is now a cherished memory, her spirit lives on in every warm meal shared, every act of kindness extended, and every burst of laughter that brings people together. Her life was a gift to all who knew her, and her memory will continue to inspire generosity, joy, and love.
