Lady Rebels Top South Fulton, 5-2

McKENZIE (April 15) — The McKenzie Lady Rebels hosted South Fulton Tuesday and took a 5-2 win with one big inning of offense.
The Lady Rebels scored all five runs in the bottom of the third. The Lady Red Devils plated two runs in the top of the seventh.
Lady Rebel Kailie Hudgins was 1-for-2 with a triple and a walk. Carli Beeler went 1-for-3 with two RBIs. Aubrey Jackson was 0-for-1 with two walks and an RBI. Ady Freeman went 0-for-1 with two walks and a run scored. Maggie Hall was 0-for-2 with two walks and a run scored. Aurora Johnson went 0-for-2 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored. Jaycee Stafford was 0-for-2 with an RBI and a run scored.
Braylin Auvenshine earned the complete-game win for McKenzie, allowing two unearned runs on four hits while striking out two and walking three.
