Lonnie Hodge, age 77, of Henry, Tenn., died Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Henry County Healthcare. His service will be Saturday, May 10, at McEvoy Funeral Home at 3 pm. Visitation begins at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday until the service at 3 pm.
Lonnie Hodge was born February 21, 1948, to the late Lonnie Swamburg Hodge and the late Elizabeth Josephine Owen Watson. He married Donna Leatherwood Hodge on July 23, 1987, and she survives in Henry, Tenn..
Lonnie was proud to have been a Marine and served his country in Vietnam. He loved fishing and hunting almost as much as he loved telling stories to his family and friends. He was a man who could do just about anything; if it was broken, he could fix it.
In addition to his wife, Lonnie is also survived by his daughter, Jennifer Hodge of Paris; his son, Dirk (Atsuko) Hodge of Issaquah, WA; his grandchildren: Ethan Hodge, Jonah Hodge, and Mason (Leslie) Pinson; and his brother, Garry Hodge of Henry, Tenn..
Besides his parents, Lonnie was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Hodge.
