From the Apr 21, 2026 e-EditionHUNTINGDON — Mr. Maurice Pinson, 97, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at his home.
Funeral services were Friday, April 17, 2026, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. James Keen officiating. Burial with military funeral honors was in Jamison Cemetery.
Mr. Pinson was born March 3, 1929, in Hollow Rock, Tennessee, to the late Fauby Pinson and Vonell Turner Pinson. He was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Ivogene Pinson; a son, Terry Dale Pinson; and a sister, Lois Jean Smith.
He is survived by, a daughter, Lana Richardson of Cedar Grove; a son, Lance Pinson of Murray, Kentucky, a grandson, Trevor Richardson (Ally), a great-granddaughter, Everleigh.
