Domestic Assault — Alexis Dunagan, Trenton, and Shawn Roy, Martin were both arrested for Domestic Assault on October 14.

Officers Winberry, Rembert and Cunningham responded to Walnut Avenue, where a possible fight was in progress. Officers found the location and the two involved attempted to avoid the officers. The officers witnessed minor injuries on both suspects. Officers could not determine the primary aggressor, so they arrested both. Roy was also charged with Disorderly Conduct for not complying with the officers’ instructions resulting in officers restraining him on the ground.

Public Intoxication — Taylor Littrell, Milan, was charged with Public Intoxication on October 16.

Officer Jeffrey Winberry was dispatched to a residence on Stonewall Street, where Littrell was asked to leave after he had a verbal altercation with another subject. When officers arrived, he was waiting for a ride, but the driver needed more time to give Littrell a ride. Officers determined the wait was too long, arrested Littrell, and transported him to Carroll County Jail. The report stated Littrell had a previous charge in Henry County in 2026 for public intoxication.

Vandalism — Two residents on Joy Drive reported their mailboxes were destroyed on or about October 13.

The replacement cost of one of the mailboxes was estimated at $800 while the replacement cost of the other was not determined.

No suspects have been charged in the incident.
