From the Oct 28, 2025 e-EditionWarrant Service — Hunter B. Lovell, 23, West End, McKenzie, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on October 24.
Officer Tanner Jackson reported that Lovell was walking along Cedar Avenue when officers arrested him on an outstanding warrant. Lovell was also arrested on October 20 for public intoxication.
Criminal Trespass — Maurice Lawrence, homeless, McKenzie, was charged with Criminal Trespass on October 23.
Officer Matthew Cunningham was dispatched to Eagle Food Mart at 5:21 a.m., where Lawrence was stopping customers and asking for money. Lawrence had previously been banned from the store. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
