From the Aug 11, 2026 e-EditionDriving on Suspended License — Celonza Rudolph, Graysville, Alabama, was charged with Driving on Suspended License on August 5.
Officer Timothy Dillon observed Rudolph driving on Brooks Avenue. The car had front-end damage from a crash with a skid steer machine at a driveway that was being repaved. Rudolph had previously been suspended in Alabama. He was cited into General Sessions Court.
Driving on Revoked License — Brandon Pullen, 26th Avenue, Nashville, was charged with Driving on a Revoked License on August 5.
Officer Jayden Rembert stopped Pullen’s vehicle after Pullen was observed not wearing his seatbelt and operating the vehicle erratically. A license check revealed the revoked status due to a prior DUI. He was cited into General Sessions and the license document was seized.
Stolen Phone — Lindsey Damesworth, Reynolds Street, McKenzie, was charged with burglary after she concealed a phone she had borrowed.
Officer Timothy Dillon’s report indicated Timothy Hickey, an inmate at Carroll County Jail, gave her permission to take the phone because she needed it to access her bank information. When Dillon was released, the report indicates that Damesworth stated she did not have it; however, the phone was pinged and found to be at Damesworth’s residence.
Warrant Service — Jeffery Lynn Hampton, Florida Court, McKenzie, was arrested on active warrants of Cruelty to Animals and Assault on August 8.
Officer Matthew Cunningham went to Florida Court, where he made the arrest of Hampton on the two warrants.
