McKenzie Elementary Fall School Festival Raises $25,281

McKENZIE (October 26) - McKenzie Elementary School hosted its annual Fall Festival Saturday, raising $25,281 for the school.

Kids enjoyed games, activities, candy, snacks and a costume contest.

During the event, the Fall Festival King and Queen were announced from among nominees from each class.

The king, having raised $1,050 was Connor Russell. The queen, with a total of $2,393, was Vera Tippitt.

Nominees raised a total of $15,980.

The costume contest included eight categories.

Ages 0-2: First Place - Reelynn Owen; Second Place - Ruby Kate Kee; Third Place - Ridley Robertson.

Ages 3-4: First Place - Demi Russell; Second Place - Elizabeth Taylor.

Kindergarten: First Place - Lillian Kirk; Second Place - Josiah Branch; Third Place - Kacelynn Bramlett.

First Grade: First Place - Kaci McCaig; Second Place - Brinley Dodd; Third Place - Bennett Webb.

Second Grade: First Place - Sloan Hayes; Second Place - Rowan Conger; Third Place - Ruby Allen.

Third Grade: First Place - Olivia Kearschner; Second Place - Gatlin Weaver; Third Place (tie) - Easton Webb and Julianne Stafford.

Fourth Grade: First Place - Landon Andrews; Second Place - Bodie Ann Cunningham; Third Place - Avery Grace Anderson.

Groups/Families: First Place - Harmony and Tyson Jones; Second Place - Tynleigh Kornagay and Avery and Riley Barksdale; Third Place - Ellie and Max Cross.
