More Than Half of West Carroll Elementary Students Reach First Reading Milestone

ATWOOD — West Carroll Elementary School students are setting a strong pace this school year, with 94 students reaching their first reading benchmark during the first nine weeks. The group represents more than half of the school’s student body.
