Rebels Defeat Clarksburg, Advance to Semis
From the May 12, 2026 e-EditionMcKENZIE (May 4) — McKenzie High School hosted Clarksburg Monday to open the District 12A Soccer Tournament. The host Rebels defeated the Rockets, 6-0, to advance to the semifinal round. Clarksburg's season ended with the loss.
Rebel Aiden Mason had a hat trick (three goals) and an assist. Jony Hernandez scored a pair of goals, and Diego Hernandez scored one. Wyatt Brewer and Liam Moore each had two assists, and Triztan Vela had one.
McKenzie goalkeeper Brody Davis recorded four saves, and Sawyer Nunnery recorded three.

McKENZIE (July 31) — McKenzie High School hosted Obion County Central Friday evening for an all-Rebel scrimmage at the MHS practice field. The host Rebels looked strong on both sides of the ball, especially during the varsity portion of the contest.
