Rebels Shut Out Tigers in Opener

McKENZIE (May 2) — McKenzie High School hosted the Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers Friday to begin the District 12A Soccer Tournament. The Rebels took a 9-0 win to advance to the semifinals on Monday, where they faced Union City in Martin after The Banner's press deadline.
Rebel Aiden Mason scored two goals and had an assist. Skyler Fornera also scored two goals. Guillermo Hickman, Brody Davis, Eli Vinson, Jony Hernandez and Branson Baker each scored a goal. Alex Garcia had two assists.
