Senior Citizens Enjoy Weekly Motorcycle Trips

McKENZIE (October 10) — Who says senior citizens are sitting in the recliner? Members of the McKenzie Senior Center enjoy life both at the center and on the road.
On Friday, October 10, the seniors, on eight motorcycles, took a road trip to a restaurant in Lexington. Weather permitting, they take trips each week to enjoy biking and fellowship.
The McKenzie Senior Citizens Center offers a variety of activities, including meals, billiards, exercise classes, dances, cake walks, car washes, card games, and much more fun.

Inglenook Book Club Elects 2027 Officers
McKENZIE — The Inglenook Book Club gathered for its monthly meeting on September 9 at Lakeside in McKenzie. President Gail Mack called the meeting to order, leading members in the Pledge of Allegiance, the Club Aim, and the Club Motto. Fourteen members responded to the roll call.
