From the Jul 22, 2025 e-EditionTrespass — Kathie Mann, 54, Bruceton, was arrested for trespassing at a location on Carroll St. in Bruceton on July 14. Deputy Jauden Flaur was dispatched and advised that Mann refused to leave. She was arrested and given a trespass order to stay off the property.
Stolen Property — Richard Patterson, 34, Atwood, stole the victim’s debit card from their residence during an argument on July 14. Deputy Sherwood advised Patterson over the phone to not use the card or he would be charged. Approximately 45 minutes after the incident, the card was used at an ATM bank in Milan for a 300-dollar withdrawal. Milan police were advised of the incident.
Vandalism — Romeo Perez, 19, Yuma, was cited for Vandalism on July 15. Deputy Alex Sherwood was dispatched to the area of Highway 22 and Old Texas Lane for a report of three males lying in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, Deputy Sherwood observed fresh graffiti spray paint with the words “F*** Trump” on the concrete barrier. Perez claimed responsibility and was issued a misdemeanor citation and was given a jail book in on July 25.
