From the Jun 25, 2024 e-EditionTheft of Property — On 06/18/24, dispatch notified deputies that an individual had called in stating someone had stolen his license plate off his motorcycle. He stated that someone had taken his license plate off his black 2006 Suzuki while he was in Memphis.
Drug/Narcotic Violations — Wolf Eric Schexnider, 37, of Atwood, was arrested on 6/13/24 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Townes initiated a traffic stop on a red Dodge Ram for failure to maintain lane and loud muffler law. Deputy Townes spoke to the driver and realized he knew Schexnider from a prior incident. Townes informed Schexnider why he was stopped and asked for his driver’s license and registration. While Schexnider was looking for his papers, he was very twitchy and jumpy. Schexnider pointed out on several occasions that he was recording everything. K-9 was deployed to search the vehicle. After conducting the search of the vehicle marijuana, meth and a grinder was found.
