From the Apr 23, 2024 e-EditionPossession of Sch II with Intent — Rose Anne Folkman, 35, of Huntingdon, was arrested on April 13, 2024 when Deputy Bongiovanni observed her vehicle failing to maintain lane. Folkman refused to allow the deputy to search her vehicle, so he requested a K-9 to come help with the investigation. The K-9 did give a positive indication of the odor of narcotics. After searching the vehicle, inside a purse was 10 grams of what was believed to be crystal meth, marijuana, two glass smoking pipes, and Folkman’s driver’s license. Folkman was charged and arrested.
