DUI — Rakan Bahnam Nazi, 24, of Camden, was charged with driving under the influence on 6/30/24. Officer Jeremy Smith responded to a motor vehicle accident on Northwood Dr. in Huntingdon which resulted in property damage. The defendant, Rakan Nazi, had an excessive amount of sweat and slurred speech as well as heavy odor of alcoholic coming from his person. The defendant consented to standard field sobriety test and performed poorly and refused to give a blood sample.
