1. Ordinance No. 661, an ordinance entitled “An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2 –

Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Section 18-201 through 18-214,

inclusive, of the Sewer Use Ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon Municipal Code;

and, to repeal Section 18-201 through 18-214, inclusive, of the Town of Huntingdon Municipal Code, as amended”, second and final reading.

2. Public Hearing relating to the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to adopt regulations governing data centers.

3. Ordinance No. 662, an ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee to adopt regulations governing data centers, second and final reading.

4. Consider water bill adjustment for Michael Barmore.
