West Carroll High School Announces October Eagles of the Month

West Carroll High School is proud to recognize the October Eagles of the Month, honoring a student, teacher and community supporter who go above and beyond to demonstrate War Eagle pride.

Student of the Month – Nigel Butler

Nigel Butler was selected as Student of the Month for his hard work, respect and dedication both in the classroom and in athletics. “From my observance of Nigel, he tries his best at all times,” his nomination read. “He listens to his teachers, is respectful and cares deeply for West Carroll sports. He is dedicated to graduation and plans to continue his education by going to college.”

Employee of the Month – Mrs. Carol Beaty

Mrs. Carol Beaty was chosen as Employee of the Month for her passion for teaching and commitment to student success. “Mrs. Beaty has a genuine love for students and teaching,” her nomination stated. “She spends a lot of time preparing lessons that are not only meaningful but enjoyable to students. She keeps her classes engaged and inspires them to become more knowledgeable in science.”

Supporter of the Month – G & C Supply Co.

West Carroll also recognized G & C Supply Co. as October’s Supporter of the Month. “G & C Supply has always supported West Carroll in everything we ask of them,” the nomination noted. “From athletics to clubs to being a Partner in Education, they have consistently helped our school in any way possible.”
