West Carroll Spring Showcase is Saturday
From the Apr 14, 2026 e-EditionWest Carroll Junior Senior High School hosts its inaugural Spring Showcase Saturday, April 18. The new event combines several events and activities by various student groups, including a plant sale, vendor market, pageant, car show, art show and food trucks.
Principal Adam Douglas told The Banner, "We're really excited to spotlight all of the great things that our students are doing. This event kind of spotlights all of the student groups, so we're really excited to have that. And it gives the community another opportunity to come together and support the school."
The Vendor Market is sponsored by West Carroll High School and features 20-plus vendors from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. For more information, contact Keshia Jackson at keshia.jackson@wcssd.org.
The Pageant is sponsored by the band program and is open to all ages of youth and young adults. It is a qualifier for the Strawberry Festival. For more information, contact Emma O'Bryan at emma.obryan@wcssd.org.

Vegetable Plants are $4 for a four-pack; $2 for 3" pots: Jalapeno Peppers, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes (many varieties), other vegetable plants available.
