Strawberries In the Snow
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup cold water
Red food coloring
4 cup boiling water
2 (3oz.) pkg cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 cup sliced strawberries
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar, lemon juice and a few drops of food coloring. Add half the gelatin mixture slowly to soften cream cheese, blending until smooth. Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill until set. Add berries to remaining mixture. Pour over cream cheese mixture and chill until set.

Finger Jello
3 small pkg jello
4 pkg unflavored gelatin
2 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients. Pour in 13x9x2 inch pan. Chill and cut into squares. Won’t melt in your hands. Great for kid’s snack.
