Coca Cola Cake
1 -10oz. coke; 1 box yellow cake mix; 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding; 1 c pecans -chopped; 4 eggs; mix all together. Makes 3 layers or sheet cake.
Icing: Bring to boil.
1 stick margarine; 3 tablespoons cocoa; 6 tablespoon coke; 6 marshmallows
Pour over 1 box of confectioner sugar. Beat well. Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
Pour over cake as soon as you remove cake from oven.

Shortcut Red Velvet Cake
1 box white cake mix; 1 pkg dream whip; 4 eggs; 1 cup water; 1 -3oz. bottle red food coloring; 1/2 cup cocoa
Mix cake mix, dream whip and cocoa together. Add eggs, food color and water. Mix at medium speed for 3minutes. Divide batter evenly in two 9-inch cake pans. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes.
Icing: 1 stick soft butter; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 -8oz. pkg cream cheese (soften); 1 box confectioner sugar.
Mix and spread between layers and on top of cake.

Peach Cobbler
Heat: 3 cup peaches with juice and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 stick butter
Mix together: 1 cup self rising flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
Pour flour mixture into greased 10 1/2 x 13 1/2 pan, pour peaches over top, bake at 350 degrees until bubbling and brown. About 45 minutes.
