Prices in Tennessee are 5.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 23.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 2.0 cents in the last week and stands at $3.89 per gallon. more

Easy Ambrosia Cake 1 angel food cake (use directions on box) 1 package frozen coconut (or 1 can 3 1/2 oz.) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 pint cream, whipped 1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups) with juice Bake cake and cool. MEMPHIS (October 23) — The University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Nursing has received a $364,502 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) that will allow a specialized education outreach to health care professionals in the Mid-South Delta region to improve care for patients with sickle cell disease. more
