McKENZIE (February 3) — The Carroll County Martin Luther King Steering Committee hosted its annual Black History Program at Webb School on February 3, 2024. The theme for the program was “With God’s Grace, We are Still Moving Onward.” The speaker was Dr. Lawanda Jenkins. Music was provided by Mrs. Jackie Johnson and Tyronzia Beene. Brooks Chapel Harvest Kingdom Praise Team Daughters of Promise danced to the music “Jehovah”.
