Carroll Arts, McKenzie to Present ‘A Mistletoe Christmas’

Carroll Arts and the City of McKenzie will present “A Mistletoe Christmas” at the Park Theatre in Downtown McKenzie on Thursday, December 2 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7 each, available at the door (No advanced tickets will be sold). Doors open at 6:15 p.m. The concession stand will be open.

Come and enjoy an evening of music, songs, comedy and skits that will be sure to get you into the Christmas spirit.

This year’s cast features some of your favorite local performers including Keith and Melissa Herris, Jon and Anna Eaton, Wayne and Trudi Bannister, Mark Warren, Ed Long, Angie Bruce, Hollye Rider, Kenny McBride, Matthew Struthers, Tommy Sam, John William Ervin, Brad Sam, and the Mistletoe Choir. A cast of young performers will bring to life characters from the movie, “Toy Story” in the skit, “Joy Story.” The cast includes Maggie Webb, Nevaeh Herris, Mary Ryan Morris, Abby Price, Miles Fontana, Olivia Fontana, Charlie Scott and Ty Scott. It is under the direction of Glynda Rich, with assistance from Denise Sam and Allison Cummings. The student assistant is Ava Isbell.

Sound and lighting will be provided by Casey Crosser. Stage decorations will be provided by members of Carroll Arts. Event coordinator is Wayne Bannister and music director is Keith Herris.

The entire family will enjoy this delightful evening of entertainment with your Christmas favorites such as White Christmas, Winter Wonderland, Mary Did You Know, O Holy Night, and many more. Plus, returning by popular demand, the hilarious version of 12 Days of Christmas. Hear touching Christmas stories and awesome instrumentals. And Santa just might drop in!
