McKenzie Chamber to Host Banquet, Events


McKenzie Chamber of Commerce and Industry is completing its first year of operations and hosting its first-ever membership banquet.

The Chamber Banquet is June 21, 6:30 p.m. at The Venue at Waddell Place, 894 Joy Sparks Road, McKenzie.

Tickets are $35 for Chamber members, $45 for others, and $250 for table of eight persons. Tickets have be purchased at https://growmckenzie.com/banquet.

The event will honor Chamber members for making the new Chamber successful. The Chamber has hosted an Easter Egg Hunt, training classes, and networking meetings through its Chamber Coffees and meetups.

The next training session is May 25, 10 a.m. to noon at The Rail Yard Workspace on Broadway Street in downtown. Armand Hebert of Hebert Consulting is hosting a workshop on DISC Behavioral Style. The session is free to Chamber members or $50 for non-members.

Dynamix is hosting the next Chamber Coffee on Wednesday, June 8, 8 to 9:30 a.m. The event is free. Attendees are encouraged to bring their business cards to exchange.

The Chamber is located at 9 Broadway Street, McKenzie in the RailYard.
