Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (July 7) — McKenzie City Attorney Laura Keeton filed a complaint with the Carroll County Election Commission concerning the candidacy of Joshua Wheat Filtz for mayor of the city. The complaint was officially filed on July 7 on behalf of the citizens of McKenzie.
