McKENZIE, TENN.   - Donald Lynn Nolen's graveside services are Monday, July 8, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Mt Olivet Cemetery.
Mr. Nolen, known affectionately as Butch by his family, was born in Newbern, Tenn. on May 8, 1951 to Thomas A Nolen, Sr. and Dimple Mai Mallard Nolen.
He was a graduate of McKenzie High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in South Korea in 1970-1972. He is a retired employee of the Tenn. Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his brother, Ronnie Nolen of McKenzie, a sister, Mary (Terry) Newson of Springville, Tenn. and many nieces, nephew and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Virginia Kee, brother-in-law, Billy Joe Kee, sister, Hilma Dinkins, and brother, Thomas Nolen, Jr.
Because of and in memory of Donald’s generosity to so many people throughout his life, in lieu of flowers please make donations to McKenzie Church of Christ or McKenzie High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund at MHSAA, 114 W. Bell Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201.
