Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (September 29) — Carroll County Electric Department now has an established monthly rate for electricity used at commercial electric vehicle charging stations. The rate is approximately 25 cents per kilowatt-hour, including the base rate and any demand surcharges for the fast-charging stations.
