Mc Kenzie, TNThe Family and Community Education Clubs, of which there are two in Carroll County, is a national service organization; FCE for the shortened version. As a service to our community we see a need and try to help. The Bethel/Eastside FCE decided as one of their projects to donate hats to the Pre-k and Head start programs. This year the club donated to the Clarksburg, West Carroll and Huntingdon Pre-K and Head Start.
