PARIS (April 3) — The 68th Annual World’s Biggest Fish Fry held its grand opening Saturday at the Tyson Avenue headquarters in Paris. During the ribbon cutting ceremony, George Combs, Jr. was announced as the 2021 Fish Fry Grand Marshal and the souvenir book was named in Tim Alsobrooks’ memory. Combs, a retiree from BPU, is known for his love of the community and is considered a goodwill ambassador for Paris and Henry County. Alsobrooks, a local radio personality, who died suddenly in 2019, was a huge supporter of the Fish Fry and Henry County.
