HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on September 22 and 23.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Daincameron Ira Hudson, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, bound over for Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine - .5 Grams or Greater, Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Schedule I Drug with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.

Bethany Amanda Middleton-Kizer, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, bound over for Possession of Schedule I Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule I, and Expired Registration.

Johnny Wilson, Gardner Road, Cedar Grove, bound over for DUI-First Offense; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

Kashif Kalis Bonds, Elm Street, Martin, guilty of Failure To Appear, 30 days jail concurrent with present sentence.

Charlie Bright, Winchester Street, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest, 40 days jail; dismissed; charges of Failure to Appear and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Regina Bryant, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, court costs, no contact with retail business, and unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Kristie Cerk, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $25 fine.

Bobby Lynn Clemmer, West Woodrow, Milan, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, cost and taxes, 30 days in jail reporting 01/10/22.

Joshua Allen Dailey, Crooked Street, Trezevant, guilty of Failure To Appear and Probation Violation, cost and taxes, 30 days in jail consecutive to 60 day sentence presently serving.

Sierra Eagle, Forrest Trail, Bumpus Mills, DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 unsupervised probation, $350 fine plus court costs, 48 hours jail reporting 11/05/21, and loss of license for 1 year.

Michelle M Feagans, Ashby Road, Camden, guilty of Driving While License Cancelled, $100 fine plus court costs and taxes, unsupervised probation 6 months, and no driving till valid license secured.

Matthew Griffin, Mathis Road, Martin, guilty of Harassment, no contact with victim.

Perry Harris, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, probation extended 11/29 for non-compliance, 30 days jail reporting 1/7/22; dismissed; charges of Failure To Appear and Contempt of Court.

William D. Hickerson, Jr., Lakewood Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Assault-Threat Of Bodily Injury, cost and taxes, supervised probation for 11/29, 10 days jail reporting 1/7/22, and complete mental health counseling; dismissed; charge of Aggravated Assault.

Jessica Renee Hilliard, Gift Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 11/29 unsupervised probation and no contact with retail business.

Johnnyez Johnson, West Raines Road, Memphis, guilty of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell and Theft Up To $1,000, $750 fine, 7/29 unsupervised probation, 120 days jail in custody 28 days consecutive with count 7, restitution to retail business, and no contact with retail business.

Malcom Omar Lee, West Maple Street, McKenzie, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, 45 days jail, no contact with victim, and unsupervised probation for 10/14.

Kevin R. McMinn, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-Third Offense, $1,100 fine, 120 days jail, and 7/29 supervised probation; dismissed; charges of Driving While License Revoked, Reckless Driving, Violation of Implied Consent Law, and Vehicles To Stop at All Stop Signs.

Trey Mitchell, Buena Vista School Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Criminal Trespass, 5 days jail.

Skyler Ann Rich, Wesley Drive, Paris, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine plus court costs and taxes, 4 days jail reporting 11/19/21, and supervised probation for 11/25.

Steve William Lee Stover, Fowler Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange and Probation Violation, $750 fine, 11/29 supervised probation, 90 days jail, may serve 6 months of inpatient rehab in lieu of jail, and no contact with retail business; dismissed; charges of Probation Violation, Driving While License Revoked, and All Vehicles Stop At All Stop Signs.

James Andre Washington, McClain Road, Dresden, guilty of DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail reporting 1/7/22, and 11/27 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charges of Violation of Implied Consent Law, and Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Alyssa Lynn Boadway, Magness Road, Hardin, Kentucky, pre-trial diversion for Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, cost and taxes, restitution to retail business, supervised probation until restitution is paid, and no contact with retail business.

Dillon Edward Ray Gregory, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Driving While License Suspended and Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

James William Jones, Hopper Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Threat Of Bodily Injury, cost and taxes, no violent contact with victim, and mental health intake and counseling.

Beatrice Danielle King, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion for Theft Of Merchandise Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, restitution to retail business, and no contact with retail business.

Matthew McGahey, Como Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, no violent contact with victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation, obtain mental health intake and follow recommendations.

Carla Wagner, Milligan Hwy, Johnson City, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, and 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Jonathan Ray Will, Hilliard Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Theft Of Merchandise Up To $1,000, restitution to retail business and no contact with retail business.

The following cases were dismissed:

Tony E. Guthrie, Highland Street, Bruceton, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.

Amanda N. Smith, Edenway Road, Dover, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Failure To Appear.
