HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on November 3 and 4.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Darian Flatt, Fowler Circle, Hollow Rock, bound over for Possession of Schedule I Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.

Carlos Lazenta Milton, Elm Street, McKenzie, bound over for Failure to Appear and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia-Attempt.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

James Elliot Batten, Kesterson Way, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed; charges of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, Unlawful Use of Telecommunication Device While Driving, and Drivers To Exercise Due Care.

Kashiff Kalis Bonds, Elm Street, Martin, guilty of Probation Violation, In custody; dismissed; charges of Driving While License Suspended, Drivers License-Address Requested Within 10 Days, Driving on Roadways Laned For Traffic, Failure To Appear, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Possession of Meth-300 grams or more.

Quentin D’Angelo Bowden, Elwood Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Failure To Appear, $100 fine, cost and taxes; dismissed; charges of Driving While License Suspended and Possession and Distribution of Intoxicating Liquors By Person Under 21.

Stephanie Allison Campbell, Hwy 70, Kingston Springs, guilty of Possession and Distribution of Intoxicating Liquors By Person Under 21, cost and taxes.

Shay Brandon Davidson, Lexington Street, Bruceton, guilty of Failure To Appear, 10 days jail reporting 1/28/2022 and 11/19 unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Driving While License Revoked-2nd offense or subsequent.

Brent Alan Grooms, Oak Street, Hollow Rock, guilty of Domestic Assault, cost and taxes, 11/7 supervised probations, and 22 days jail; dismissed; charge of Domestic Assault.

Kelsey Jennette, Hwy 190, Trezevant, guilty of Criminal Trespass and Theft Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, restitution to business, no contact with business, A&D evaluation and follow recommendations; dismissed; charge of Failure to Appear.

Cory Dillon Jones, Brandy Hollow Road, Portland, guilty of Possession and Distribution of Intoxicating Liquors By Person Under 21.

Maurice Lawrence, Coleman Road, Memphis, guilty of Criminal Trespass, no sentence listed.

Sandra Lynn Lott, W. Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, cost, taxes, and probation revoked; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

Noah Daniel Maxwell, Kirby Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Reckless Endangerment-No Weapon Involved, cost and taxes, weapon forfeit, and supervised probation; dismissed; charge of Domestic Assault.

Charles Russell Midkiff, Hwy 114, Buena Vista, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Probation Violation, $250 fine, 24 months supervised probation, and 10 days jail reporting 11/19/21.

Jonathan Neely, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail reporting 12/17/21, sentence may be served on consecutive weekends.

Margaret Newton, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, guilty of two counts of Theft Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, $2,900 restitution to victim, no contact with victim, supervised probation for 23 months/28 days; dismissed, charges of four counts of Forgery-Up To $1,000.

Elizabeth Ann Owens, Vale-McKenzie Road, Bruceton, guilty of Theft of Merchandise-Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, 60 days jail-report date to be delayed, and may serve 90 days inpatient A&D Rehab; dismissed; charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

James Douglas Peden, Quail Cove Trail, Pegram, guilty of Underage Consumption and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $50 fine.

Camden Phillips, W. Main Street, Greenfield, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange and Probation Violation, $750 fine, cost, and taxes, 120 days in jail reporting 12/13/21, restitution to retail business, no contact with retail business, and 7 months/29 days; dismissed; charges of Theft Up To $1,000, Theft of Merchandise-Up To $1,000, and Vandalism Up To $1,000.

Ceara Pickett, 270 Miller Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost, and taxes, 16 days jail-Credit for 16 days served, 11/15 supervised probation, and pay for 3 drug screens-complete inpatient A&D treatment; dismissed; charge of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Leave Scene of Accident-Property Damage.

Jeffrey L. Smith, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, cost, and taxes, 11/29 supervised probation, and complete 90 days IOP rehab; dismissed; charges of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, Driving While License Suspended-2nd offense or subsequent, Light Law Violation, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Christopher Terry, Gleason-Como Road, Gleason, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact-Attempt and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, cost and taxes, 60 days jail; dismissed; charges of Failure To Appear, Coercion of Witness, and Interference With Emergency Calls.

Carla Wagner, Milligan Hwy, Johnson City, Violation of Protection/Restraining Order, cost and taxes, 10 days in jail reporting 11/19/21, and 11/19 unsupervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Kenneth Barham, Bryant Street, Trezevant, dismissed charges of DUI-First Offense, Seat Belt Violation, Expired Registration, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Morgan Perritt, Guthrie Road, Paris, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.
