HUNTINGDON (November 29) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on November 29.
Two persons were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Sarah Nicole Hensley, Green Valley Road, Huntingdon, was bound over on a charge of Criminal Conspiracy.
Jason Todd Perry, Hamilton Street, Atwood, was bound over on charges of First Degree Murder-Attempt, Reckless Endangerment - Deadly Weapon Involved; Possession of Weapon by a Convicted Felon.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Shannon Nathaniel Ellis, Rowland Mill Road, Buena Vista, guilty, Reckless Driving, 19 days jail; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Schedule IV Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possession.
James Hanna, Calhoun Street, Humboldt, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, may receive day-for-day credit for long-term inpatient rehab.
Joshua Haynes, Barksdale Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail, probation extended 11 months, 29 days.
Brandon Hilliard, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $150 fine, supervised probation, 48 hours jail.
Jannie Diana Leone, Kay Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, nine days jail; dismissed, Public Intoxication; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, or Search.
Gregory Paul Martinez, Jr., Highway 69, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended five months.
William D. Patterson, Jr., Elliot Street, Humboldt, Failure to Appear, $100 fine, probation.
