Mark R. Caparros, Duncan Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Driving While Canceled, supervised probation, jail sentence equals time served, obtain a valid driver’s license; dismissed, Registration Expired.

Ryan Collins, Coastline Road, Fayetteville, Georgia, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $250 fine, time served, probation, must obtain valid license; guilty, Speeding; dismissed, Registration Must Be Carried; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Porter Cunningham, Jr., Thompson Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Canceled - Second or Subsequent Offense, $250 fine, 10 days jail, supervised probation, must obtain a driver’s license.

Charles Daniel Dunning, Seminary Road, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $400 fine, time served credit, alcohol and drug evaluation, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Eric Jimmerson, Green Oak Drive, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Probation Violation, probation extended for three months.

Brandon L. Thatcher, Macedonia Road, Henry, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended for eight months.

Brittany Marie Ward, Highway 436, Trezevant, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended six months.
