Sean Bradley Beasley, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $500 fine; dismissed, Domestic Assault.

Shelby Bennett, Highway 114, Buena Vista, guilty, Probation Violation; 11/29 jail-concurrent with sentence.

Andrea Denise Cresse, Paris St., Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended 3 months, Jail 48 hours.

Christopher Douglas, High Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $100 fine, 6 months jail-suspended, supervised probation.

Brandy Lynn Higgins, guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 jail-suspended except 10 days, probation.

Timothy Lee Johnson, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Public Intoxication, 13 days jail-already served.

Patricia Keathley, Mount Carmel Road, Camden, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 sentence suspended; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, Possession; dismissed, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Earl Kindler, Beaver Dam Road, Camden, guilty, Failure to Appear, 10-day sentence; dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Contrevie R. Merriweather, Rich Street, Jackson, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail, 11/29 supervised probation, $500 fine; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Financial Responsible Law.

Marie N. Morgan, Hebron Road, Bruceton, guilty, Driving While Suspended, six months jail-suspended to time served; supervised probation; not to drive for six months.

Robert Nunn, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 8 days jail, probation extended.

David Alton Puckett, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 19 days sentence-suspended, probation for six months.

Shane Ridley, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 sentence suspended to 48 hours, six months supervised probation.

Guy Steven Roberts, Gift Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, six months jail-suspended to 48 hours; supervised probation.

Teresa Scott, Field Street, McKenzie, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried, $50 fine, 30 days supervised.

Jennifer Vanwetter, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, 48 hours jail; guilty, Probation Violation, 60 days jail, extended probation.

Savannah Michelle Whitfield, Highland, Jackson, guilty, Probation Violation, six months jail - five months can be served in outpatient treatment.

Isiah G. Willis, Cheatham Street, Bruceton, guilty, Criminal Trespass, 30 days jail; guilty, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, 11/29 jail-suspended to 64 days already served; no contact with victims.

Carlos Wright, Jesse Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail-suspended to 48 hours, 28 days supervised probation, no contact with victim convenience store, must attend alcohol and drug outpatient counseling.

Michael Custer, Highway 114, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession, $250 fine, 11/29 supervised probation.

Cathy Fitzgerald, Homeless, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise.
