HUNTINGDON (March 22) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on March 22.

One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Chase Norden, Bells Store Road, McKenzie, was bound over on charge of Evading Arrest-Vehicle, Reckless Endangerment, Simple Possession and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Norden was found guilty on Criminal Trespass, Burglary, Burglary-Auto-Attempt, $150 fine, 11/29 jail, 10 days in jail on Burglary, 30 days for Trespass, no contact with victims.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Jorge Amerzcua, Old Pisgah Road, Bruceton, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange-Attempt, $750 fine, six months suspended sentence, credit for jail served, probation.

Steven Finch, Magnolia Drive, Franklin, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $150 fine, six months sentence-suspended except time served, probation; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Failure to Change Address on License.

Cody Forguson, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $600 fine, 11/29 sentence, serve in jail or rehab; no driving for two years, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Joyriding; dismissed, Driving While Revoked Due to DUI; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Raveon Hoston, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise, $50 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended to time served, 11/29 probation; no contact with retailer.

Joshua R. Kenyon, Oakdale, Camden, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation is extended.

Ronnie D. King, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, supervised probation, DUI school, not to drive for one year.

Kayla Miller, Hawthorne Street, Milan, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days sentence, extended probation.

Clayton Miller, Booker Street, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 11/29 sentence, supervised probation.

Isiah G. Willis, Cheatham Street, Bruceton, guilty, Vandalism, 11/29 sentence suspended to 64 days, supervised probation, $3,000 restitution to the Town of Bruceton, no contact with Bruceton City Park.

Clinton Dwayne Wright, Churchwell Circle, Camden, guilty, Failure to Appear, $100 fine, 11/29 jail sentence suspended to 10 days, supervised probation; guilty, Driving While Revoked-Second or Subsequent Offense, 10 days jail; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Must Stop at All Stop Signs; dismissed.

The following cases were dismissed.

Julius Adkisson, County Line Road, Wildersville, dismissed, Youth Tobacco, Smoking or Vaping, $50 fine.

Scottie Hunt, Patsy Lane, Cedar Grove, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Melvin Dartavious Tyson, Church Street, Reeves, dismissed, Probation Violation.
