Samantha Calkins, Rabbitt Creek Road, Buchanan, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 sentence, suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation, not to drive for one year, unsupervised probation after fines and fees paid; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Michael Chappell, Shafer Road, Greenfield, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Meth.
Latravian Dampeer, Carroll Street, Jackson, guilty, Assault - Bodily Injury, supervised probation, no contact with victim.
Trinity Davis, Hidden Acres Road, Paris, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 sentence suspended to 48 hours; supervised probation, not to drive for one year, complete DUI school.
Brandy Hardin, Lake Street, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, 14 days jail or in-patient intensive outpatient treatment program, probation extended.’Quinton Devonte Jamison, Holmes Road, Collierville, guilty, Driving While Revoked, $100 fine, supervised probation for four days, report to jail for four days; guilty, Simple Possession, $350 fine; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.
Jodi Kelley, Fairview Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, six months supervised probation, no contact with retailer; dismissed, Theft of Merchandise; dismissed, Public Intoxication.
Hunter Lucas Manhart, Cotton Creek Road, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession, $750 fine, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/29 supervised probation, alcohol and drug assessment. If defendant follows all instructions, this case will be expunged; guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine; dismissed, Speeding.
