The following cases were heard in the August 2 session of the Carroll County General Sessions Court.

Bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were the following cases.

Arthur W. Campbelll, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Evading Arrest-Vehicle; Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael Gukeisen, Terry Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Schedule II Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; bound over on charge of Evading Arrest.

Wilbert Trey Montgomery, III, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, bound over on Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle; bound over Evading Arrest.

The following cases resulted in a finding or plea of guilty.

Javier Patricio Acatitla, Pamela Drive, LaVergne, Tenn., guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail.

Tyler James Ashby, Barren Springs Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, can receive credit for successful completion of rehab; dismissed, Evading Arrest.

Jordan Barnhart, Hinkledale Road, McKenzie, guilty, Underage Driving While Impaired; $100 fine, 11/29 supervised probation; pre-trial diversion, Speeding.

Larry Ray Bratton, White Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Canceled; $100 fine, six months probation, must obtain a valid drivers license; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.

James Lynn Carter, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended except 48 hours; supervised probation; DUI School; not to drive for one year; dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Alexander R. Christian, guilty, Driving Without a License; $50 fine, 30 days jail, unsupervised probation.

Matthew Ryan Epperson, Young Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Drivers License Must be Carried and Exhibited; guilty, Leaving Scene of Accident; unsupervised probation for 30 days; dismissed, Open Container.

Brian Travis Ezell, Brawners Levee Road, Gleason, guilty, DUI - First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours; not to drive for one year; DUI School; alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Makia Halliburton, Park Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Disorderly Conduct, 30 days jail.

Tiffany Jones, Fairway Blvd., Jackson, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail suspended to two days; supervised probation; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs; Schedule IV Drugs; Schedule II Drugs.

William D. Moore, Peggy Lane, Atwood, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail; probation extended for nine months.

Austin G. Leslie, Stavely Road, Medina, guilty, Drivers to Exercise to Exercise Due Care, 30 day suspended license; dismissed, Violation of Seatbelt; dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Calvin Palmer, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours; 11/27 supervised probation; DUI School, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; dismissed, Evading Arrest; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Display of Registration Plate.

Trevor Dylan Pritchard, Smyrna Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, 11/29 supervised probation, supervised probation.; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Amanda G. Seymore, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Loretta Lynn Tart, Natchez Trace, Camden, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation; Assault-Physical, 11/29 suspended jail except for 48 hours; 11/27 supervised probation;  dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Driver to Exercise Due Care.

Austin D. Taylor, Dunlap Street, Paris, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 11/29 jail, 75 percent release eligibility, may receive credit for successful completion of rehab.

Ellis Tharpe, Executive Drive, Jackson, guilty, Schedule VI Drugs, $250 fine, 11/29 sentence, must forfeit vehicle and case; guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Violation of Muffler Law.

Shea W. Thomas, Arbuckle Lane, Jackson, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; $250 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Brandon Townsend, Reason Blvd., Milan, guilty, Probation Violation, 13 days jail; probation extended for eight months; dismissed, Violation of Order Granting Bail.
