HUNTINGDON (August 23) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 23, 2023.

Lindsey Beth Cary, Country Farm Lane, Huntingdon, bound over on Aggravated Assault; Assault-Bodily Injury.

Glen Goodrum, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, six months jail; dismissed, Driving While Canceled, dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess.

David Myles, Beasley Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail with credit for time served.

Shawn Roy, Birmingham Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 sentence, may receive day-for-day credit for successful completion of rehab.

James Stevens, Reed Farm Road, Martin, guilty, DUI-Second Offense; guilty, Driving While Revoked,45 days jail, $600 fine, not to drive for two years, supervised probation; dismissed, Open Container.

George Sturdivant, Park Circle, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Domestic Assault, counseling required, supervised probation, 10 days jail.

Kieavn Tharpe, Wren Avenue, Camden, dismissed, Schedule I Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation.

Cameron Townes, Cedar Street, Gleason, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Travis Lee Whiteside, Forks Creek Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Suspended, must obtain valid license, supervised probation; pre-trial diversion, Violation of Financial Responsibility, Registration expired.

Alexis Natae Wilson, Timothy Drive, Camden, pre-trial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, $250 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, Driving Without License.
