HUNTINGDON (September 9) — The following cases were held in Carroll County General Sessions Court on September 6.

Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court were:

Daniel Isaiah Harris, South Forks Creek, Huntingdon, bound over on Drugs- Manufacture, Sell, Possess - Fentanyl; Schedule II Cocaine; Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver or Sell; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Adrian Newbitt, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on a charge of Contraband in a Penal Facility; Criminal Responsibility for Facilitation of a Felony; Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Christopher Brown, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, two days jail, supervised probation.

Adrian Ramon Florence, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug evaluation and to follow recommended treatment; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Speeding.

Shawn Michael Riley Foreman, Florida Court, Paris, pre-trial diversion, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, credit for time served, probation; dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Marvin Gaston, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Community Supervision Violation, 10 days jail, supervised probation.

Michael Howard, Garland Street, McKenzie, guilty, Public Intoxication, probation, in-patient treatment.

Rachel M. Johnsonius, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail consecutive with current sentence; guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine.

Malik L. Lee, Farris Carter Street, Atwood, guilty, Driving While Canceled, six months jail, suspended to time served, supervised probation, obtain a driver’s license.

Darek Lewis, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation; dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Improper Display of Registration Plates.

Lonnie Nelson, Lee Street, Martin, guilty, Driving While Canceled, 10 days, supervised probation, must make reasonable effort to get driver’s license; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.

Dakota Parker, Roby Road, Reagan, Tenn., guilty, Failure to Appear, Driving on a Canceled License, six days jail, must obtain a valid driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding.

Sherry Pirtle Fairview Cove, Oakland, Tenn., guilty, Reckless Endangerment; 11/29 jail with 75 percent release eligibility and possible judicial diversion; pre-trial diversion Improper Lane Change.

Hugo Tox Pop, Tumbling Creek Road, McKenzie, guilty, DUI - First Offense, $350 fine, 15 days jail; DUI School, not to drive for one year, hold for Obion County and Immigration; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Julie Supp, Prosser Road, Leoma, Tenn., guilty, DUI - First Offense, 16 days jail, supervised probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation, $350 fine; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Speeding.

Karen Webb, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, Youth Tobacco, Smoking Hemp and Vape Products; $50 fine, unsupervised probation, must complete vape class and file certification with the court.

Michael Allen Webb, Highway 45, Bradford, guilty, Reckless Driving, credit for time served in jail, supervised probation; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Registration Must Be Carried.

Ausie Welch, McKendree Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, Theft of Property-Shoplifting; 10 days jail, no contact with retailer.
