HUNTINGDON (September 22-23) — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on September 22 and 23.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Jamie Lynn Carter, Haynes Street, McKenzie, bound over for Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver or Sell, Possession of Schedule VI Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver or Sell, Contraband in a Penal Facility, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Bruce A. Ivy JR, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over for Incest.

Bryan L. King, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, bound over for Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver or Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear.

Sarah M. Luci, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over for Incest.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Kambron D. Allen JR, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty of Evading Arrest-Attempt, cost and taxes, 10 days in jail; dismissed; charges of Evading Arrest, Speeding, Driving Without a License, and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.

Susan Coplin, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Reckless Driving by Intoxicant, cost and taxes, and supervised probation for 6 months; dismissed; charges of Speeding, Obedience to any Required Traffic Control Device, and Misdemeanor Implied Consent Law.

Howard Glynn Corder, East Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation-Attempt, cost and taxes, 30 days in jail, and unsupervised probation for 10/29; dismissed; charge of disorderly conduct.

Robert Steven Edwards, Carriage Lane, Humboldt, guilty of Possession of Handgun While Under Influence, 6 months unsupervised probation and weapon forfeited to HPD permanently; dismissed; charges of Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

Allen L. Hardee, Hale Road, Yuma, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

Charles L. Johnson, Park Lane, McKenzie, guilty of Reckless Driving By Intoxicant, $350 fine, cost and taxes, unsupervised probation for 6 months and not to drive except for daytime; dismissed; charge of Misdemeanor Implied Consent Law.

Tommy Howard Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost and taxes, 30 days in jail, Report 01/21/22, and supervised probation for 10/29; dismissed; charges of Theft Up to $1,000, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While License Suspended.

Chaz Richmeier, Paris Pike, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost, and taxes, supervised probation 11/29, no contact with retail business for 1 year, and must complete 90 days IOP; dismissed; charges of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule IV and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Ashton Ridley, Everett Street, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost, and taxes, 48 hours in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/27 concurrent with Weakley County; dismissed; charges of Failure To Appear, Disorderly Conduct, Vandalism Up To $1,000, and Public Intoxication.

Lloyd J. Sawyer, Winchester Street, McKenzie, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange and Failure to Appear, $750 fine, cost, and taxes, 60 days in jail, and supervised probation for 10/29; dismissed; charges of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Probation Violation.

Ayanna Stricklen, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited and Speeding, cost and taxes, 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed; charge of Failure To Appear.

James Anthony Taylor, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, guilty of Driving While License Revoked, cost and taxes, unsupervised probation for 11/19 and time served; dismissed; charges of Reckless Driving and Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle.

Dion A. Teague, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, 11/9 unsupervised probation.

Christian Malik Workman, Bell Store Road, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-2nd Offense or Subsequent, cost and taxes, 10 days in jail and unsupervised probation 11/19; dismissed; charges of Speeding and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Kayla Farmer, Hwy 58, Harrison, pre-trial diversion for Criminal Trespass, cost and taxes, no violent contact and obtain mental health treatment.

Casey C. Hilliard, Winchester Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited and Window Tinted, cost and taxes and unsupervised probation for 30 days; dismissed; charge of Failure to Appear.

Ashleigh Elizabeth Powell, North Main Street, Milan, pre-trial diversion for Leave Scene of Accident-Property Damage, cost and taxes, full restitution to owner of car and for utility pole, attend DSS and unsupervised probation for 6 months.

Tyler Stewart, Clarksburg Road, Clarksburg, pre-trial diversion for Public Intoxication and 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situations Prohibited, cost and taxes, no alcohol consumption, 90-day IOP program for Alcohol Abuse.

The following cases were dismissed:

Daniel S. Johnsonius, Tennessee Street, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Criminal Impersonation of First Responder and Failure To Appear.

Jodi L. Kelley, Fairview Church Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Domestic Assault.

Robert Nunn, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Failure to Appear.

Rachel Shantell Scott, Cotton Creek Road, Bruceton, dismissed charge of Failure to Appear.

Joseph Sifrit, Broad Street, Hollow Rock, dismissed charge of Theft of Property $1,000-$2,500.
