Mc Kenzie, TNAfter months of discussion and debate, the Henry County Commission and the Henry County Medical Center’s board of trustees have given their blessing to move forward with the sale of the Henry County Healthcare Center. Since the property is held by the hospital, the county’s private act of 1953, which created the hospital, has to be amended and accepted by both houses of the Tennessee Legislature and the governor.
