Multiple Charges — Cody E. Noah, 22, of Huntingdon was cited into court for driving on a suspended license: first offense, expired registration, misuse of registration, and no proof of insurance.
 
On December 27, Officer Allen conducted a traffic stop for expired registration. A computer check revealed the driver, Cody Noah, had a suspended driver’s license.
 
Theft — Marcus D. Rhodes, 43, of Denmark was charged with theft of property under $1,000.
 
On December 27, Marcus Rhodes went into Huntingdon Dollar General, scanned an item of lesser value in replace of a more expensive item. Rhodes was transported to jail.
 
Multiple Charges — Bryant L. Woods, 38, of Yuma was charged with a DUI and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
 
On December 30, Officer Smith conducted a traffic stop in reference to a vehicle traveling at high rates of speed, radar confirmed 75 in a 55-mph zone. The driver, Bryant Woods, had glossy eyes with slurred speech. Officer Smith detected an odor of marijuana and alcoholic beverages. Woods performed very poorly on a field sobriety test. Upon probable cause search, Officer Smith located a burnt marijuana stick along with several empty and full 24-oz Bud Light beer cans. Approximate weight of marijuana was 0.12 grams.
 
DUI — Denise Barger, 62, of Huntingdon was charged with Driving Under the Influence.
 
On January 1, Officer Smith initiated a traffic stop due to a 2018 gray Ford Edge swerving in and out of traffic. The driver, Denise Barger, admitted to taking a prescribed prescription medication one hour prior to the traffic stop. Barger submitted to field sobriety test.
