Huntingdon Police Reports


Shoplifting — Tracy L. Longmire, 50, of Yuma was charged with theft under $10,000 and burglary other than habitation on November 24 at Walmart in Huntingdon.

Officer Aaron Patton reported that Walmart security contacted the HPD about a female shoplifter who was trying to leave the store without showing a receipt.

Shoplifting — Angel Kristen Medved, 46, of Milan and Stephanie Dianne Bolin (age and address not provided) were both cited for theft under $1,000 on Nov. 24 in Huntingdon.

According to the report by Officer James Kelley, Medved and Bolin took $151.46 in items from Walmart in Huntingdon by changing price tags on some items and not scanning other items in the self-checkout area.

DUI, License Violation — Tracey D. Binion, 54, of Huntingdon was charged with DUI (third offense), violation of implied consent, and driving on a suspended license (second offense) during a November 18 traffic stop in Huntingdon.

Officer Labe Ezell reported that he pulled over a blue 2005 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Binion after observing the vehicle cross the center line multiple times on East Main Street. Ezell noted that Binion’s speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot, he smelled of alcohol, and he performed poorly on field sobriety tests, nearly falling over on numerous occasions. Binion refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test.

License Violation — Damon Lee Ault, 26, (address not provided) was cited for driving while suspended (first offense) and driving the wrong way on a one-way street during a November 21 traffic stop in Huntingdon.

Officer Brad Allen reported that he pulled over a blue Nissan Altima driven by Ault after he observed the vehicle traveling the wrong way on Paris Street. A computer check showed that Ault’s license was suspended.
