Theft — Jamie Walker, 45, of Trezevant was charged with Theft of Merchandise under $1000.
On April 30, Jamie Walker purchased items using self-checkout, purposely not scanning certain items. She left the store with the items in her cart. Restitution is owed to Walmart for $346.64. Walker was cited into court.
Multiple Charges — Charles Hill, 30, of Huntingdon was charged with Possession of Schedule VI with intent, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Light Law Violation.
On April 24, officers had prior knowledge to the driver, Charles Hill, having a revoked license and his taillight was broken. Officers conducted a search due to a strong odor of marijuana, locating a large bag of marijuana estimated weight was one pound. Officers also located digital scales and multiple bags for intent to distribute. Computer check confirmed his license was revoked; he was transported to jail.
Public Intoxication — Daniel Bommer, 50, of Huntingdon was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
On May 3, officers responded to a call at Cash Savers, due to an individual being intoxicated. Upon officers arrival, they located, Daniel Bommer on the side of the building. They could smell the alcohol coming from him as well see how unsteady he was on his feet.
