Odell Holder, 49, of Memphis, was arrested on September 3, for Reckless Endangerment, Contraband in a Penal Facility, and Evading Arrest. On this date, Officer Ethan Parham observed a Nissan Maxima travel onto Old Stage Road from West Main Street. The vehicle was traveling at excess speeds of 100 MPH to evade arrest. Officer Parham then lost sight of the vehicle close to Gaskins Lane. Holder was then found walking down Gaskins Lane headed towards Old Stage Road. He abandoned the vehicle at a home on Gaskins Lane. Holder was placed under arrest and was found to be in possession of 5 buprenorphine packs. Holder was transported to jail by the Carroll Co. Sheriffs Office. When Holder entered the jail, after a routine check, they found approximately 22 grams of white crystal substance (meth.) Holder was then charged with Driving on Suspended 1st Offense, Possession of Schedule 2 with Intent, Possession of Schedule 3, Felony Reckless Endangerment, Felony Evading, and Contraband entered in a Penal Facility.

Reco L. Haynes, 45, of Memphis, was arrested on September 4, for Revoked/Suspended License. Officer Tony King did a speed check on a vehicle on 22 North which was traveling 71 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The vehicle was driven by Reco Haynes. It was found that Haynes’ license had been suspended for non-payment of fees. He was arrested and given a 250.00 bond and cited for speeding.
