Irvin Atkins Bryant

GLEASON - Irvin Atkins Bryant, 90, of Gleason, Tenn. died January 27, 2022 at AHC VanAyer Healthcare in Martin, Tenn.
A Celebration of Life Service is noon Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Gene Price officiating. Burial will follow in Bryant Cemetery in Cumberland City.
The Bryant family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at noon.
Irvin entered this life on March 7, 1931 in Guthrie, Kentucky, son to the late John and Maggie Bryant. Irvin was owner and operator of Bryant’s Video in Gleason and was an avid gardener and fisherman.
In addition to his parents, Irvin was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Bryant; brothers, Charles Edward Bryant, Virgil Bryant; and grandchildren, Christopher Mealer and Amber Sayles.
Survivors include his loving children, Kim Laws, Tanya (Donnie) Davidson, Theresa (Pete) Birdwell, Shirley Weedman; siblings, John (Loretta) Bryant and Linda Gunson. Irvin also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, David Weedman, Jonathan Mealer, Amanda Mansfield and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are David Weedman, Donnie Davidson, John Bryant, Ronnie Bryant, Rodney Bryant, John Lewis Bryant and Brian Morgan.
