McKenzie Alumni Association to Elect Officers at July 18 Meeting

The McKenzie High School Alumni Association (MHSAA) meets July 18 at the McKenzie High School Theatre to elect officers and board members. Five board members and a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer will be elected.

Eligible voters must be paying members. Annual membership dues of a minimum $10 are required to become a member. MHSAA will also accept larger monetary donations for the benefit of the organization.

Membership dues and donations are payable by cash or check and can be paid at the election meeting.

Alumni who live too far away or cannot attend the election can mail membership dues by check (made payable to MHSAA) to the McKenzie High School Alumni Association, 114 W. Bell Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201. Members are asked to include their full names and graduation years with their payment.

Only attending members can vote, as the MHSAA is currently unable to provide remote access to the meeting.

“We hope that the MHSAA will be an organization that will benefit our beloved alma mater and the McKenzie community on multiple levels and will help strengthen bonds, renew friendships, and promote a sense of pride among our fellow McKenzie High School alumni,” said steering committee chair Brad Camp (class of 1983).

MHSAA will keep members updated on upcoming activities and projects.
